Your Role
Two Types of Roles
VOICES network includes two levels of involvement, based on how active you would like to be in the network. The two levels are Citizen Advocates and Key Contacts (typically employees only). Below are high level descriptions of those roles and their related responsibilities. Please know that this is a general outline and all activities will not be relevant for all network members.

| Access educational material via the sanofi -aventis U.S. VOICES network such as guidelines, updates, the VOICES information kit, and the VOICES website | √ | |
| Engage when there are Action Alerts | √ | |
| Serve as a contact for your facility | √ | √ |
| Help distribute information to fellow employees on key public policy issues | √ | √ |
| Share news about your facility, business, etc with the internal Government Affairs groups | √ | √ |
| Host tours with the internal Gov’t Affairs group (for elected officials) | √ | √ |
| Meet with elected officials to discuss relevant topics (with the internal Gov’t Affairs groups) | √ | √ |
| Champion the program and help educate others | √ | √ |
| Participate in two or more speaking engagements per year - working with Grassroots Group | √ | √ |
